Next lady up in our series about Danish singers, their style and musical influences is the faboulous Stine Hjelm Jacobsen from Electric Lady Lab. 

The Danettes: What is your favourite outfit?

Stine: I am my own stylist and makeup artist and my favourite outfit so far is the one I wear in the video Wondering, in which I succeeded in creating a look that was cool, elegant and edgy at the same time. I am wearing Plateau boots from Pierre Patrick, latex galoshes, high waist latex leggings, ruffle latex shirt and armleggings in latex. All Latex from StrangeLifeforms. The leather jacket is from Barbara I Gongini. That particular look has been an influence on my styling ever since, and I still use elements from that look - but of course I ad new things to the mix. 

TD: Who is your favourite female singer and why?

My favourite singer is Debbie Harry. She is totally unique and super beautiful. Her voice is amorous and soft as velvet and yet she has got so much authority and attitude. When she performs she has a special presence and she reeks of sensuality. She is definitely my biggest idol. If you are not already familiar with Debbie Harry´s music I strongly recommend that they check out her old band Blondie.
